  I was referred to Dr Thomas's office and I visited Arena reluctantly due to the fact that I knew what dental issues I was having in the past and was quoted a substantial amount of money to have filings done and some other work. I was very nervous walking in as I had not seen a new dentist for over 8 mos. I went in and had an exam and cleaning which truthfully speaking wasn't bad like my previous dental group I saw. The young lady that did my cleaning was super cool and took her time to explain the importance of coming in on time for my cleanings. The Dr was amazing with her exam - she had a great bedside manner and made me feel extremely comfortable because she explained to me - not chastised me about neglecting my cavities like the other group. Now the worst part - who wants to talk payment right? Actually they broke down my benefits for me for my insurance and the out of pocket cost was extremely lower than the previous (well known group) I had went to before. I have since finished all my treatment - with out all those ugly silver filings and I have extreme confidence in my Dr and her staff !! They even followed up with me regarding my fillings!!! Who does that lol- I love it! Super clean office and I will add too that I have NEVER been in and out of a dental office so fast! Dr Thomas gets it done and I recommend her to all!
